In Wale Adebisi’s photography series with Temy, aptly called “Aunty Biola’s Salon,” the artist transports us into the nostalgic, intimate setting of a classic Nigerian hair salon. Adebisi, who identifies as a Visual Sociologist, Photographer, and Artist, captures not just a physical space but an entire cultural memory.

Aunty Biola’s Salon

Ayo is a masterful creator whose portfolio continues to break boundaries and set the pace for commercial photography. Ayo’s recent work, the Maltina Product Photography project, displays his skills in photography, lighting, editing, and composition. His approach to creating eye-catching images for Maltina exemplifies his attention to detail and his ability to create magic behind the lens.

Ayo has built a reputation as one of the most sought-after photographers in Nigeria, being the first from the country to be included in the prestigious 200 Best Commercial Photographers Worldwide list. His international recognition only grew when he became the sole African photographer featured in a Korean Advertising Photographers Association exhibition in 2020.

Ishola's work has been featured in important places like the Rolls Royce 'Strive for Perfection' coffee table book and Lurzer's Archive. He has photographed famous people such as Aliko Dangote, Herbert Wigwe, and Cherie Blair.
